Pumpkin Buns Stuffed Chicken Floss

Pumpkin and pumpkin again, because pumpkin in season. Two days ago, I made pumpkin buns, so soft as potato buns. Till today remains soft. To more savory I stuffed with chicken floss and top of buns I add chicken floss too.

Mango Chili Paste

Almost 7 years I did not eat the mango chili paste. So yummy, chili paste with shrimps paste and then mix with chopping unripe / green mango. Sour, sweet and spicy.

Grilled Otak otak with Mackerel

Traditional snack from Indonesia : Otak otak. If only otak means brain, but otak otak means a traditional snack with main ingredient is mackerel. Covered with banana leaf and dipped with peanut sauce.
I have not banana leaf, so I changed with aluminium foil. I have not peanut so I changed with vinegar chili sauce. I have not coconut milk and I changed with fresh milk. Yummyyy.

I ever posted fried liver spicy with beef liver, Today, I share fried chicken liver with pototo crispy and cut julienne. Mixed when ready to be served. So the potato is always crispy.
