The yummy buns as snacks or breakfast with small size and so soft. I did not add bread improver but the texture is soft and smooth. Until tomorrow still soft, but you must store in container or inside plastic.
- 500 gr flour (250 gr bread flour + 250 gr all purpose flour).
- 1 pack dried yeast (7 gr).
- 70 gr sugar.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil.
- 50 gr melt butter.
- Luke warm fresh milk as needed.
- Nutella.
- 1 egg to smear buns.
Instruction :
- Mix the flour, dried yeast, sugar, salt, oil and mix well.
- Mix melt butter with 1 cup luke warm fresh milk, pour into flour mixture and knead.
- If you see the dough is still dry because less fluid, add bit luke warm fresh milk again and knead until smooth.
- Let stand for 1 hour for proofing and covered with kitchen towel.
- After proofing, devided the dough for 50 gr and shape as small balls. Flatted and fill with 1/2 tsp nutella, round up. Put into muffin mould. Let stand again for 1 hour.
- Heat oven 200°C.
- Before baked the buns, smear the surface of buns with egg and bake with down flame for 10 minutes and transfert to up flame for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Milk buns ready to be ate.
