Sautèed Sour Spicy Green Papaya

I have cooked this, how many days ago. And just today I share on my blog. The green/young papaya sautèed with taste sour, spicy and lil sweet as pickle. So yummy.








Ingredients :
  • 300 gr green papaya, julienned.
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 2 green cayenne peppers, oblique sliced.
  • 2 tbsp tamarind juice.
  • 1 tbsp sugar.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • Oil to sautè.
Instruction :
  1. Heat oil, sautè shallot, garlic and salt until fragrant.
  2. Add tamarind juice and sugar, stir until combine evenly.
  3. Add papaya and cayenne pepper, stir and cooked until tender with low flame.
  4. Ready to be served.
