I have cooked this, how many days ago. And just today I share on my blog. The green/young papaya sautèed with taste sour, spicy and lil sweet as pickle. So yummy.
- 300 gr green papaya, julienned.
- 3 shallots, thinly sliced.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 2 green cayenne peppers, oblique sliced.
- 2 tbsp tamarind juice.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- A pinch of salt.
- Oil to sautè.
Instruction :
- Heat oil, sautè shallot, garlic and salt until fragrant.
- Add tamarind juice and sugar, stir until combine evenly.
- Add papaya and cayenne pepper, stir and cooked until tender with low flame.
- Ready to be served.
