Pumpkin season, now try to experiment with many kind food or sweet with pumpkin. Today, I have begun to cook spicy pumpkin mix anchovy for our lunch.
- 300 gr pumpkin, cut thin.
- 15 gr anchovy, washed and drained.
- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced.u
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander.
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric.
- A pinch of salt.
- 2 green cayenne peppers, oblique sliced.
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
Instruction :
- Heat oil, fry anchovy until golden brown. And add onion, garlic and sautè until fragrant.
- Add salt, coriander, cumin and turmeric, sautè until frangrant.
- Add the pumpkin and cayenne pepper, stir until combine evenly, cooked until well done with low flame.
