Almost 7 years I did not eat the mango chili paste. So yummy, chili paste with shrimps paste and then mix with chopping unripe / green mango. Sour, sweet and spicy.
- 250 gr unripe mango, finely chopped.
- 5 red birdìs eye chili.
- 1 red cayenne pepper.
- 1/2 red tomato.
- A pinch of salt.
- 1 tsp shrimp paste.
- 1 - 2 tsp sugar.
- 3 shallots.
Instruction :
- Pulsed bird's eye chili, cayenne pepper, tomato, shrimps paste, salt, shallot and sugar.
- Pour into a bowl, add chopped mango.
- Stir unti mix well and ready to be served.
