Primavera is Spring Season. You will be easy to find mushroom, specially champignon. Now I cooked Risotto Primavera with minced beef.
- 1 cup risotto.
- 1/2 onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced.
- 1 zucchine, diced.
- 1 medium potato, diced.
- 4 champignons, diced.
- Flavor as needed.
- 2 1/2 cup water.
- 1 tbsp butter.
Instruction :
- Heat butter, sautè onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add risotto and flavor, sautè with onion and garlic until yellowish.
- Add vegetable and mushroom, stir until combine evenly and cook for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Pour water and stir until combine evenly. Cook with low flame while stirring occasionally until boil and dries up.
- After water dries up and vegetable well done, ready to be served.
