Finally, I made tortellini with champignon. My tortellini is my homemade pasta. Yippie, I can. I put as stuffing for my tortellini is mozzarella and tomato sauce from fresh tomato mix with champignon.
Ingredients :
- 200 grs strong flour.
- 1 egg.
- 2 tbsp oil.
- Hot water after boiled.
- Salt is required.
- Mozzarella, diced.
- 1/2 medium size onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 5 pcs champignon mushrooms, thinly sliced.
- 1 big size tomato, roughly chopped.
- 2 - 3 green cayenne pepper, slit in the middle.
- Oil for suateing.
- Coriander leaves, finely chopped as garnish
- Pizza cutter.
- Rolling pin.
- Flour for dusting the dough when rolling.
- Mix flour, egg, oil and salt in a big bowl with wood ladle.
- Pour hot water, and knead until smooth and no sticky to the touch.
- Take little the dough and roll as thin as possible, cut square with pizza cutter.
- Put 1 - 2 diced of mozzarella, fold with shape triangle, fold up and round by finger.
- Do it until the dough finish, and boil until mature. After mature, drained.
- Preheat oil, stir fry onion, garlic and salt until fragrant.
- Pour tomato and stir until tomato be sauce.
- Add mushroom, stir fry until tender and mature.
- Add tortellini, stir until combine evenly. And cover for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and transfer to serving plate. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
