Grilled Eggplant with Fresh Mozzarella

Grill the eggplant with grilling pan and when well done, put on top slice of mozzarella. Quick, easy, simple dish.

Ingredients :

• 2 eggplants, sliced round 1 cm.
• Flavor enhancer as needed.
• Olive oil as needed.
• Fresh mozzarella as needed.

Instruction :

1. Wash and cut eggplat 1 cm. Marinated with flavor enhancer, set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Preheat grill pan, put slice of eggplant and pour olive oil until browned.
3. Flip to the other side, pour olive oil and grill until browned. Put slice of mozzarella and transfer to serving plate.
4. Give garnish as you like. Ready to be served when hot.
