Without egg and mixer, only whisk hand to mix all of ingredients and steaming system. Still moist and soft.
- 160 grs all purpose flour.
- 200 grs sugar.
- 80 grs powdered milk.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 300 ml fresh milk.
- 100 ml vegetable oil.
- Mix flour, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a big bowl.
- Pour fresh milk, mix with whisk hand until combine evenly.
- Pour vegetable oil, stir until combine evenly.
- Preheat steaming pan with high flame until water boiled.
- Pour the dough into muffin tray has put paper cup and steamed for 15 minutes or until mature.
- Transfer to serving plate and ready to be served as snack.
