The menu of the soybean ingredient is delicious served warm. Especially if it is hidden in a delicious cheese. Come make yourself to be served on the dear ones.
- 400 grs tofu, crusched.
- 100 grs cheddar chees, grated.
- Egg whites as needed.
- Bread crumb as needed.
- Oil for frying.
- Devide crushed tofu, 3/4 is the first dough and 1/ 4 is the second dough.
- Mix the second dough with grated cheese.
- Take the first dough, flatted.
- Put the second dough on the flatten tofu and cover with the first dough and shape as ball.
- Dip into egg white and roll over bread crumbs.
- Set aside for 5 - 10 minutes. Fry into hot oil with low flame until golden brown.
- Ready to be served with green cayenne pepper or spicy sauce.
