Bubur Sumsum or Porridge Pudding is made of rice flour, milk or coconut milk, palm sugar for sauce. It is a traditional dessert or snack from Indonesia.
Ingredients :
- 100 grs rice flour.
- 600 ml of fresh milk.
- A pinch of salt.
- 1 pandan leaf, binded.
Ingredients of palm sugar sauce :
- 100 grs palm sugar.
- 200 ml water.
- 1 pandan leaf, binded.
Instruction :
Palm Sugar Sauce :
- Mix palm sugar, water and pandan leaf.
- Boil until boiled and palm sugar melt. Let it cool.
Porridge Pudding :
- Mix rice flour, fresh milk and salt until no clot. Add pandan leaf ,
- Cook until well done and thick. Let it cool.
- Served with palm sugar sauce.
