Today as side dish, I cooked beef tripe with oyster sauce, so spicy. We love spicy. Before, I ever cooked beef tripe : beef tripe fried rice, beef tripe chili sauce. And today our menu for lunch is Beef Tripe Spicy Oyster Sauce.
Ingredients :
- 300 grs tripe, cleaned.
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped.
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste.
- 1 tsp ground black pepper.
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce.
- 1 tbsp dried chilies paste.
- Oil for sauteing.
Instruction :
- Boil tripe until tender and cut.
- Saute onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add ground black pepper and dried chili, stir fry briefly.
- Add tripe and oyster sauce, cook until cooked. Ready to be served.
