
Basic all of pizza is Margherita Pizza. Because added tomato sauce and mozzarella only. We can say simple pizza.
- 400 grs strong flour.
- 1 pack of dried yeast or 1 pack fresh yeast.
- 4 tbsp olive oil.
- 1/2 tsp sugar.
- 1 full tsp salt.
- Water as needed.
Topping :
- Tomato sauce.
- Mozzarella
Instruction :
- Put fresh yeast in small bowl, pour a little warm water. Stir until the yeast is mixed with water.
- Put the flour in a bowl, with sugar, salt, yeast and mix well.
- Add olive oil, mix well.
- Then, add the water and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Put the dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap and make it rise until doubled in volume (about 1 hour).
- Devide the dough 3 pieces.
- Mill with roll pin and put onto baking trays.
- Spread tomato sauce and sprinkel mozzarella.
- Bake with temperature 180°C until mature.
