
I want to change menu how to cook chicken. Actually, I cooked for my family with chicken menu are curry, sweet stew, normal fried, and I ever cooked fried chicken with shredded coconut. Today I cooked black pepper fried chicken. Yummy for your tummy.
Ingredients :
- 600 grs chicken, cleaned.
- 2 tbsp lime juice.
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped.
- 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
- 1 1/2 cm ginger, roughly chopped.
- 2 tspoons ground black pepper.
- 3 tbsp soy sauce.
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce.
- Salt as needed.
- Oil for frying.
Instruction :
- Clean chicken and rub with lime juice and salt. Let it 10 minutes.
- Fry chicken until golden brown.
- Saute onion, garlic and ginger, until fragrant.
- Add ground black pepper, stir briefly.
- Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir briefly.
- Add fried chicken, cook until spices to infuse. Ready to be served.
