
Kwee Tiaw is chinese dish, cooked with rice noodles. Kwee Tiaw is famous and familiar fried noodles in Indonesia, specialy in Pontianak - West Kalimantan. I love Kwee Tiaw, fried rice noodles with turnip green leaf, garlic chives, slice of meatballs or sliced of beef and pour soy sauce. When ready, eat with chili sauce. Yummy.
- 500 grs rice noodles.
- 50 grs garlic chives, chopped.
- 50 grs turnip green leaf.
- 10 pcs meatballs, sliced thin.
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce.
- Salt as needed.
- Oil for frying.
Instruction :
- Blend the onion, garlic.
- Heat oil and pour puree onion, stir fry until fragrant.
- Add salt, ground black pepper and meatballs, stir briefly.
- Pour soy sauce, stir until mix well.
- Add garlic chives and turnip green leaf, cook until tender and add little water, stir again.
- Add rice noodles, stir until blended. Ready to be served.
