
Healthy soup. Simple ingredients and simple cook. Eat tomato soup when summer, so perfect. Sour, good taste for lunch when summer. I love tomato soup.
Ingredients :
- 2 tomatoes, sliced thin.
- 1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped.
- 3 green chayenne peppers.
- Salt and ground turmeric as needed.
- 1 carrots, slice.
- Celery as needed, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.
- Oil for sauteing.
- Water as needed.
Instruction :
- Put sliced tomato, carrot, onion, salt and turmeric powder into sauce pan.
- Cook until tomato liquid as sauce while always stirred occasionally with whisk hand.
- Pulsed with food processor as sauce.
- Add water and boil until boiling and thickened.
- Fry garlic until golden brown, pour into tomato soup.
- Turn off the heat, and sprinkle with celery. Ready to be served.
