Yummy...miss hometown. In my country, we can find it easy at the stall and this is my favorite food. Egg noodles with prawns and meatballs and spicy.
Ingredients :
- 4 - 5 pcs instant noodles, boil until tender.
- 10 - 15 prawns, cut head and tail.
- 12 pcs of meatballs, thinly sliced.
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
- Salt as needed.
- Vegetables such as collards or spinach, sprout of beans, red chili.
- Oil for sauteing.

Instruction :
- Boil instant noodles for 5 minutes, drained.
- Saute onion, garlic and salt, until fragrant.
- Add prawns and meatballs, stir fry until prawns are reddish.
- Add vegetables, stir fry until tender and add noodles. Stir until blended.
- Ready to be served.
