Olive Oil Layer Cake

Usually when make cake (generally) and layer cake (specially), we add butter or margarine. But I had been trying to make my layer cake with Olive Oil. Result, awesome. Soft, moist and fluffy well.






Ingredients :
  • 15 eggs put into bowl. Remove to big bowl.
  • Put sugar with the same bowl, reduce than 3 horizontal finger height of eggs.
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk.
  • Olive Oil as needed.
  • 1 tsp of Spekuk.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla.
  • 50 grs flour / milk powder.
Instruction :
  1. Mix flour, vanilia, and spices spekuk.
  2. Put eggs into small bowl, and remove to bigger bowl for whisk.
  3. Put sugar into bowl (before we put eggs) and less 3 horizontal finger than eggs. Remove to bowl of eggs.
  4. Whisk egg and sugar until fluffy and thick.
  5. Add flour, vanilia, spekuk, and sweetened condensed milk. And stir gently until blended.
  6. Pour olive oil into another small bowl.
  7. Heat oven and prepare baking tray has been covered with baking paper.
  8. Take 100 grs of the dough and add 2 tbsp olive oil. Stir until blended with teaspoon. Pour into baking tin and bake.
  9. Do it until dough finish.
