Spring Roll

The dish is one of my family favorite dish. And if there is an event at my husband friend's house or my kids's school, usually I made and brought spring roll, because they love them.






Ingredients :
  • 30 sheets spring roll
  • Oil for frying
Ingredients Filling :
  • 250 grs shrimps/breast of chicken, roughly chopped.
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 1 medium onion, roughly chopped.
  • 1 carrot, diced.
  • 1 potato, diced.
  • 50 grs sproouts.
  • 50 grs green beans, cut 1/2 cm.
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper.
  • 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced.
  • Oil for sauteing.
Instruction :
  1. Heat the oil, saute garlic, onion, salt and ground pepper until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimps, stir until reddish.
  3. Add carrots, potato, sprouts and green beans, stir until well done.
  4. Take one sheet of spring roll, put on the plate.
  5. Put filling on the middle of spring roll.
  6. Fold up, right and left to center, and then roll.
  7. Gllu with little water.
  8. Do it until filling finish.
  9. Heat oil to deep fry, and fry until golden brown.
