Bangladesh Rooti

Rooti is bread. Type of bengali bread is flat as chapati. Little ingredients and easy how to make. For Bangladeshi, they eat when breakfast with curry or omelet or just sugar. But at home, my children eat with Nutella chocolate.





Ingredients :
  • 300 ml water
  • 200 grs flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Instrusction :

Boil water and salt until boiled.
- Turn low flame, pour flour and mix until well and water dry.
- Put on the milled table and knead until not sticky.
- Devide the dough into 7 - 8 pieces.


- Take a ball and milled flat with roller pin.


- Roast on the fry pan.


- If one side well done and get brownish spot, put another side until get brownish too. Add get the puffy dough.


- Remove from fry pan and put on the plate.
- Do it until the dough finish. Ready to be served with curry, omelet or nutella chocolate.
