Spicy Chicken Floss Special

I was just trying to make chicken floss. So easy, with taste spicy, sweet and savory. Yummy when eat with hot white rice, porridge.









Ingredients :
  • 500 gr chicken breast.
  • 400 ml fresh milk.
  • 2 tbsp palm sugar.
  • 4 lime leaves.
  • 2 bay leaves.
  • 5 shallots.
  • 3 cloves garlic.
  • 5 hazelnut.
  • Chili powder as needed.
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil to sautè spice mix.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 3 tbsp fried shallot.
Instruction :
  1. Pulse shallot, garlic and hazelnut.
  2. Heat oil into pan, sautè spice. bay leaves, lime leaves, chili powder until fragrant.
  3. Pour fresh milk and palm sugar. Stir until combine evenly.
  4. Add chicken breast and boil until water dries up with medium heat and stirring occasionally.
  5. Transfer chicken breast into bowl and shredded.
  6. Pour shredded of chicken on the fry pand and roasted until dried with low heat. Then mix with fried shallot.
  7. Chicken floss is ready.
