Every middle eastern countries have tipical couscous. I ever posted Morrocan couscous. Morrocan couscous is different color with Tunisian couscous. But for other ingredients and how to cook is same way. Why different color, because tunisian couscous is added chili powder. So color is a bit red and bit spicy.

  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and cut.
  • 2 zucchini, cut.

  • 300 gr chicken, cut.
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste.
  • 1 tsp ginger paste.
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder.
  • Oil to fry chicken.
Instruction :
  1. Boil carrot, zucchini with salt and vegetable oil until soft.
  2. While, marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, chili powder and salt. Fry chicken until well done. Set a side.
  3. Put couscous, salt and chili powder onto medium pan. If the vegetable broth is bit thick, pour vegetable broth with ladles (4 ladles) into couscou. Stir until combine evenly and no clot.
  4. Put pan on the low flame, while stirring occasionally, so as not burn.
  5. Taste couscous, if you taste still is hard, add broth again and stir until mix well. Cook until well done.
