Spaghetti with Potato and Chicken Balls

Lunch with spaghetti mixed with fresh sugo and potato chicken balls (polpette). Soft and easy how to prepare potato chicken balls and you can store in freezer for next time. The potato chicken balls, you can eat as aside dish or snack. As you like.




Ingredients :
  • 200 gr spaghetti.
  • Potato chicken balls that have been previously.
  • 2 medium size tomatoes, roughly chopped.
  • 1/2 medium size onion, finely chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • Vegetable oil as needed.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Water to boil spaghetti.
Instruction :
  1. Boil water with salt and vegetable oil. After water boils, add spaghetti and boil until soft, dries up.
  2. Heat oil to fry potato balls, when golden brown, set a side.
  3. While wait for spaghetti is soft, heat oil on the other pan to sautè onion and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add tomato and cook until melt. Add salt and stir until mix well. Add potato balls and mix well.
  5. Add spaghetti, stir until mix well. Ready to be served.
