Grilled chicken with sour, sweet and spicy taste. And more fragrant I added chopped of rosemary. You can eat with steam potatoes, bread / buns or hot white rice (as you like).
- 2 chicken thighs, cleaned and set aside.
- 2 tbsp lime juice.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 2 tbsp sugar.
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
- Rosemary, roughly chopped.
Ingredients of Spice Mix :
- 2 tbsp dried red chili paste.
- 1 medium red onion (5 shallots).
- 3 cloves garlic.
- 1 red tomato.
- 2 cm ginger.
- 1 tsp salt.
Instruction :
- Marinated chicke with lime juice and salt. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil and sautè spice mix until fragrant, add sugar and stir until mix well.
- Add chicken into spice mix and cook until half cooked and water dries up.
- Heat oven 225°C.
- After water dries up, transfer chicken to anti resistant heat and grilled chicken for 1 hour or until chicken well cooked.
- Ready to be eaten with steam potato, bread / buns or hot white rice with salad.
