Chili Paste with Tomato and Shrimps Paste

Today my lunch is so simple. Only hot white rice,dried fish, casavas leaf as salad and chili paste with tomato and shrimps paste. So spicy becaus I fried all of ingredients to be more spicy. What I want to share here is chili paste with tomato and shrimps paste. Because for casavas leaf, you just boil until tender. Dried fish just fry.


Ingredients :
  • 5 red chili padi.
  • Shrimps paste.
  • 3 shallots.
  • 1 medium tomato.
  • Salt.
  • Sugar.
  • Oil to fry.
Instruction :
  1. Heat oil, fry all of ingredients until wilt and soft.
  2. Mashed all of ingredients until smooth.
  3. Taste, if salt and sugar is less, add bit salt and sugar again. And stir until mix well.
  4. Ready to be served with casavas leaf. Before you eat casavas leaf dipped into chili paste.
Note : Before you serve, you should boil the casavas leaf until tender.
