Red Velvet Cupcake

Kiddos and husband love red velvet cupcake. With soft and smooth texture. It is the yummy cake what ever taste.










Ingredients :
  • 60 gr unsalted butter.
  • 150 gr castor sugar.
  • 1 whole egg.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 15 gr cacao powder.
  • 2 - 3 tsp red foodcolor.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla.
  • 130 ml butter milk (skip, because my hubby doesn't like it).
  • 150 gr flour.
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  • 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar.
Instruction :
  1. Heat oven with 180°C.
  2. Whisk egg, sugar and salt until fluffy and thick.
  3. Add butter and butter milk and stir until combine evenly.
  4. Mix flour, cacao, vanilla and baking soda. Add to batter and stir until combine evenly.
  5. Pour white vinegar and foodcolor and stir until combine evenly.
  6. Pour into muffin mould with paper cup.
  7. Bake until well done for 25 minutes.
