Kiddos and husband love red velvet cupcake. With soft and smooth texture. It is the yummy cake what ever taste.
- 60 gr unsalted butter.
- 150 gr castor sugar.
- 1 whole egg.
- A pinch of salt.
- 15 gr cacao powder.
- 2 - 3 tsp red foodcolor.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla.
- 130 ml butter milk (skip, because my hubby doesn't like it).
- 150 gr flour.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar.
- Heat oven with 180°C.
- Whisk egg, sugar and salt until fluffy and thick.
- Add butter and butter milk and stir until combine evenly.
- Mix flour, cacao, vanilla and baking soda. Add to batter and stir until combine evenly.
- Pour white vinegar and foodcolor and stir until combine evenly.
- Pour into muffin mould with paper cup.
- Bake until well done for 25 minutes.
