Easy and quick breakfast is just loaf and egg benedict. Enough for in the morning.
Ingredients :
- 2 loafs.
- Butter as needed.
- Mozzarella as needed.
- 4 whole eggs.
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- Water as needed to boile eggs.
Instruction :
- Smear a sheet loaf with butter, and sprinkle with mozzarella. Coverd with another loaf.
- Grilled with toaster until golden brown and cut to small square.
- While wait for loaf in toaster, boil water and a pinch of salt until boiling.
- Add vinegar and stir quickly.
- Crakc the egg and put into small boil and pour into boil water.
- Boiled for 3 minutes. Take slowly and becareful, put on the small square loaf. Ready to be served as breakfast.
