Morrocan Couscous

I have many kinds of couscous, but I cooked with my style. Now, I shared morrocan couscous, more simple and easy how to prepare and cook.








Ingredients :
  • 250 gr couscous.
  • 400 gr chicke, cut as you like for size.
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut 2 then halved if big size.
  • 3 zucchines, cut 2 then halved.
  • 80 gr chickpeas (canned).
  • 1 tsp ground coriander.
  • 1 tsp ground cumin.
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 lt water to boil chicken and vegetables.
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Instruction :
  1. Mix coriander, cumin, turmeric and salt, marinated chicken with spice mix. Let stant for 1 hour.
  2. Boil water and vegetable oil until boiling, add chicken and boil until half tender.
  3. Add vegetables and boil until chicken and vegetables are tender.
  4. While boil chicken and vegetable, prepare couscous in the medium pan.
  5. Pour the broth of chicken and vegetable as needed. Stir until no clump.
  6. Put the couscous pan on the low flame, stirring occasionally and taste. If your taste for couscous is hard, add little water and stir again. until water dries up. Do not pour much water, will become mushy. And cook until well done.
  7. Draine chicken and vegetables, mix chicken with couscous. And when ready to be served, put the vegetables on the couscous. Ready to be seved.
