Grilled Indonesia Style used Soy Sauce, special for fish. In my freeze, I had catfish, so today for our lunch I grilled 2 pieces of catfish and grilled with hot sweet soy sauce. And eat with salad, grilled eggplant and hot sour soy sauce.
Ingredients :
- 2 pieces fish, cleaned.
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- 1/2 lime, squeezed.
- Salt to taste.
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce.
- 2 tsp dried red chili flake.
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste.
Instruction :
- Washed and cleaned fish, rub with salt and vinegar to reduce smell of fish.
- Mix lime juice, salt, sweet soy sauce, flake of dried red chili and garlic paste. Mix well.
- Marinated fish with spice mix and let stand for 1 hour.
- Heat oven with 200°C and grilled fish for 30 minutes or until grill done.
- Served with hot sour sweet soy sauce.
