Hmmm...yummy chocolate mousse with dark fondant chocolate and white fondant chocolate. I made 3 layers with base biscuit pie, then dark fondant chocolate and white fondant chocolate. I make the cake for Mother's Day. 3 months ago, but I posted today. Too late...hehehe.
Ingredients :
- 300 gr biscuit without cream, mashed.
- 100 gr butter, room temperature.
- 200 gr fondant chocolate, melted.
- 100 gr butter, room temperature.
- 1/2 cup warm fresh milk.
- 200 white fondant chocolate melted.
- 100 gr butter, room temperature.
- 1/2 cup warm fresh milk.
- Colorful sugar pearl.
Instruction :
- Pulse biscuits, mix with 100 gr butter until mix well. Pour into round baking pan, press until covered surface of round baking pan. Bake with 150°C temperature for 10 minutes.
- Melt the fondant chocolate with low flame. Add butter stir until butter mix well with fondant chocolate. Add warm milk, stir until combine evenly. Pour on the biscuit. Store in freezer.
- For white fondant chocolate, do the same way as fondant chocolate. Pour on the melt fondant chocolate and store in the freezer until set for 4 hours. And ready to be served.
