Yummy stir fried artichoke. I love it, because when finish to eat it, we will sweet taste on tounge. How to cook also easy and simple. Now, I stir fry artichoke with chicken fillet, if mix with shrimps more taste and fragrant.
- 3 large artichoke.
- 1 chicken breast, julienne.
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 3 green cayenne chilies, halved.
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil to sautè.
- A pinch of salt.
- Broth as needed.
Instruction :
- Clean and wash, thraw hard petals of artichoke until find white petas. Waste hard and sharp of top. Thinly sliced.
- If have stick of artichoke, peeled and cut julienne.
- Preheat oil, sautè red onion, garlic, chilies and salt until fragrant.
- Add chicken and stir until pale.
- Add artichoke, stir until mix well with spices, pout broth as needed. Cook until well done with medium flame.
- If artichoke is not soft, add again broth and cook until tender and water dries up.
- Ready to be served.
