One of cookies, meringue with pistachio powder. Crispy and yummy.
- 60 gr egg white.
- A pinch of salt.
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar.
- 150 gr icing sugar.
- 1 tbsp corn starch.
- Food coloring. ( I added mocca paste).
- 25 gr ground pistachio.
Instruction :
- Whisk egg white and cream of tartar until half fluffy.
- Add icing sugar and corn starch gradually while whisked until soft peak and smooth.
- Add ground pistachio and stir gently until combine evenly.
- Put into piping bag and cut to make a hole.
- Preheat oven 100°C, bake for 60 minutes with open oven door slightly until the meringue dries.
