Boil risotto with broth and fresh milk and add little bit safron powder as color.
Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup risotto.
- Tip of a tsp saffron.
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- Broth as needed.
- 2 cup fresh milk.
- A pinch of salt.
- 2 tbsp butter / margarine.
Instruction :
- Heat butter until melt, sautè onion, garlic and salt until soft and fragrant.
- Add risotto and saffron, stir with onion until yellow.
- Pour fresh milk and stir until combine evenly. Cook the risotto until milk dries up with low heat.
- Add broth a ladle and cook until risotto is soft. If stil hard add again broth and cook until soft.
- Turn of heat and let cool with temperature room. Shape conical and arrange with some set a side.
