Salad is rich fibre. I love it. After lunch or dinner always consume salad. Sometime I added chicken, beef, fish or other. And if do not want to eat with main dishes, so I eat only salad, enough for me.
Ingredients :
- 4 petals of lattuce.
- 1 carrot., grated.
- 1/2 cucumber, cut 4 and thinly sliced.
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced.
- 4 cherry tomatoes, cut 4 pieces.
- 1 can tuna with olive oil.
- A pinch of salt.
- Lemon / lime juice as needed.
Instruction :
- Mix all of ingredients and stir until combine evenly.
- Ready to be served.
- You can consume only salad if you do not want to eat rice.
