I checked my blog, I never posted Bangla Beef Curry. If chicken, lamb and pumpkin you can find on my blog. Lately, I take decision to share Bangla Beef Curry. For spices mix are same such as chicken curry, lamb curry and pumpkin curry.
- 500 gr beef, medium diced.
- 1 onion, thinly sliced.
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 2 knuckle of ginger, grated.
- Green cayenne chilies as needed, halved.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp ground coriander.
- 1 tsp ground cumin.
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric.
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper.
- 4 cardamoms, take seeds.
- 6 cloves.
- 4 cm cinnamon.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 1 medium tomato, roughly chopped.
- 2 medium potato, cut as beef.
- Vegetable oil to sautè.
- Coriander leaf as needed.
Instruction :
- Wash beef until cleand and drained.
- Heat oil, sautè onion, garlic, ginger, cayenne chilies and salt until wilt and fragrant.
- Add coriander, cumin, turmeric, pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon and bay leaf until fragrant.
- Add tomato and stir until melt.
- Add beef and cook with over high flame until water of meat out and boil, then reduce the flame and cook until tender while stirring occasionally.
- Add potato and stir until combine evenly.
- If water dries up but potato is not tender, add a bit of water and cook until boil and potato is tender.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaf and ready to be served.
