Get bored, breakfast with bread as sandwich or smeared with jam or nutella. I remembered that my lil sister ever made fried bread stuffed ragout. So to make variation of breakfast, I made it. But my kids can't eat them, because spicy.
Ingredients :
- 8 slices bread for sandwich, cut triangle.
- 1 carrot, shredded.
- 1 medium size potato, shredded.
- 1 zucchine, shredded.
- 1 medium size onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg.
- Salt is required.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 50 grs minced beef.
- 50 ml water.
- 1 tbsp flour.
- 200 ml water.
- Oil for stir fry spices.
- Egg white as needed.
- Crumb breads as needed.
- Oil for fry.
Instruction :
- Preheat oil for stir fry onion, garlic, nutmeg, salt and bay leaves. Stir fry until fragrant.
- Add minced beef and stir fry until meat tender and combine evenly with spices.
- Add all of vegetables, and stir until combine evenly.
- Pour 200 ml water, stir and cook until vegetables wilt and water dry up.
- Mix flour and water and stir evenly, pour and mix with vegetables. Stir until water is thick and dried. And vegetables are mature. Set a side until cool in room temperature.
- Take 2 sheets triangle sandwich bread. Put 2 tbsp of ragout on the sandwich bread and cover with another sandwich bread.
- Preheat oil for fry. Put bread have been stuffing ragout in the egg white and roll over breadcrumb.
- Fry until golden brown. Ready to be served with cayenne chillies.
