I had made them , long time ago. Nothing special for our breakfast. I need to change our menu for breakfast. Everyday, before the kids go to school they always eat cereal flake and biscuits or brioche. And every weekend, I always make Rooti, Paratha or Pancake. Now, I make Carrot Pancake, only little variation for our breakfast.
Ingredients :
- 100 gr all purpose flour.
- 50 gr sugar.
- 150 ml fresh milk.
- 2 eggs.
- 1/2 tsp salt (a pinch of salt).
- 1/2 sdt baking powder.
- 1/2 sdt vanilla.
- 1 carrot, steamed and mashed.
- Butter as needed, for spread on frypan.
Instruction :
- Pour into bowl flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla, mix. And add eggs, mix until combine evenly.
- Add grated carrot, stir. Pour milk gradually, stirring constantly until combine evenly and you get smooth the dough.
- Preheat small frypan with diameter 14 cm and spread little margarine. Pour the dough a steel laddle. Cover with lid of pan until surface dried. Flip pancake and wait for 30 seconds.
- Ready to be served with many kind syrup or just eat like that, yummy too.
