You can grill with many kind of fish. But, I grill salmon fish, because we are salmon lovers...lol. We have salmon in freeze already. So to make variation, today the 200th post for my blog, I share for you "Grilled Salmon Tomato Spices".
- 1 kg salmon, cleaned.
- Salt and lime juice as needed.
- 1 large size tomate, thraw seeds and diced.
- 10 green cayenne pepper, thinly sliced. You can reduce if you don't like.
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce.
- 2 tbsp tamarind juice (1 tsp tamarind and 2 tbsp water).
- 5 tbsp oil for saute spices.
- 1 medium size onion.
- 6 cloves garlic.
- 1 tsp fried shrimps paste.
- 1 tsp ground coriander.
- 1 tsp ground cumin.
- 4 hazelnuts.
- 5 green cayenne peppers.
- 1 tsp salt.
Instruction :
- After the fishes are cleaned, rub with salt and lime juice for less smell of fihs, set a side for 15 minutes.
- Mix tomato, green cayenne, sweet soy sauce, tamarind juice stir until combine evenly.
- Grilled for 30 minutes with temperature 170°C until cooked.
