Long time, I didn't eat my favorite dish Sardine Fish. In Indonesia, I ate canned sardines. Here, abroad difficult to find canned sardines. So I bought fresh sardine and I cooked with pressure cooker pan. Yummy, because all of ingredients are fresh such as sardine fish, tomato sauce from fresh tomato, spices.
Ingredients :
- 300 grs sardine fish.
- 2 tomatoes, chopped.
- 3 green cayenne peppers.
- Salt is required.
- 1/2 medium size onion, finely chopped.
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 2 cms ginger, shredded.
- Oil for sauteing.
- Lime juice is required.
Instruction :
- Clean fish, and give salt and lime juice to less smell fish.
- Preheat oil into pressure cooker, stir fry onion, garlic, ginger, green cayenne peppers and salt until fragrant.
- Add chop tomatoes, stir fry until tomato become sauce.
- Put sardine fish and covered pan thightly, cooked for 30 - 45 minutes.
- Ready to be served with hot white rice.
