My version Fuska (Bangladesh Snack) with Semolina Sesame Seed Crackers, boiled chickpeas, tamarind juice, roasted cumin and dried red chili.
- Semolina Sesame Seed Crackers as needed.
- 200 grs dried chick peas, soaked in water for 24 hours.
- 50 grs tamarind.
- 500 ml water.
- 1 tsp dried red chili, roasted and mashed.
- 1 tsp roasted ground cumin
- Salt is required.
- 2 tbsp sugar.

- How to serve : put into small serving bowl chick peas. Pour tamarind juice, add crackers, sprinkle with ground cumin and red chili flake. Ready to be served.
