Ingredients :
- 160 gr all purpose flour.
- 200 gr palm sugar.
- 2 tbsp powdered milk.
- 50 gr cocoa
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 300 ml fresh milk.
- 100 ml vegetable oil.
- Mix, flour, milk powder, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, palm sugar and salt.
- Pour milk, mix with whisk hand until blended.
- Pour vegetable oil, whisk until blended.
- Preheat steaming pan with water, until boiled with high heat.
- Pour the dough into muffin pan has put paper cup and steamed for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Ready to be served.
