One of our favorite breakfast besides paratha, roti chapati, brioche and other kind. Because simple, easy and quick to be served.
- 1 egg.
- 5-6 slices loaf.
- 2 tbsp sugar.
- 4 tbsp oil for fry.
Instruction :
- Beat lightly egg, add sugar and mix until sugar melt.
- Preheat oil to fry.
- After oil ready, take one slice of loaf and put on the egg up and down, than put on fry pan.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Remove from frypan and ready to be served for breakfast.
