How many months ago, I ever made Gyoza. So, for my post now, no need I wrote ingredients of gyoza. You can follow my link to get the recipe with title
Gyoza Japanese. Here, I want to share how to shape gyoza with my version and creation.
- 150 grs plain flour.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
- Lukewarm water as needed.
Ingredients of Fried Gyoza Stuffing :
- 250 grs meat of chicken, chopped.
- 75 grs carrot, julienne.
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tsp oyster sauce.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 2 cloves of garlic, puree.
Instruction of Stuffing :
- Heat olive oil and sautè garlic, salt and oyster sauce until fragrant.
- Add chicken and stir until bit white.
- Add carrot, and stir until wilt. Set a side.
Instruction of the Gyoza Sheets :
- Stir flour and salt, add lukewarm water gradually with a wooden spoon until blended, then knead by hand until smooth and not sticky to the touch. Devide the dough with form small marbles.
- Take 2 small marbles and milled as thinly as possible.
- Put stuffing in one of the dough. Another the dough to cover the stuffing. Folded border.
- Do it until round all of the gyoza. I made with 3 models of gyoza.
- Deep fry with hot oil until golden brown.
- Served hot with green chayyenne pepper or hot sauce.
