- 500 grs manitoba flour.
- 1 cube of fresh yeast (25 grs).
- 4 tbsp olive oil.
- 100 grs sugar.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 300 mls of warm water.
Instruction :
- Dissolves fresh yeast with 50 mls lukewarm water (300 mls of water).
- Put into bowl manitoba flour, sugar and salt, mix them.
- Pour yeast, mix with flour.

- Shape ball, and put into bowl.

- Shape balls, sprinkle with sesame seeds. and put on the baking pan. Let it 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven 200°C, and bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Without sprinkled with sesames, after mature smeared with butter or honey.
