
I fried Koi Fish (Bangladesh Fish). But boring with simple frying. So, I fried with slices onion and tomato. Sour and savory.
- 2 medium koi fish, cleaned.
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced.
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 3 green cayenne pepper. (Optional).
- Ground turmeric for color.
- Oil for frying and sauteing.
- Salt is required.
- Vinegar is required.
Instruction :
- Clean fish with vinegar and salt, to less smell of fish, washed.
- Marinated fish with salt and ground turmeric.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil on the frypan, fry fish until fried, drained.
- Stir fry onion, garlic, green cayenne pepper, salt and ground turmeric until fragrant and onion is tender.
- Add sliced tomato and stir fry until tomato is tender and liquid.
- Add fried fish, mix and stir fry until well done.
- Ready to be served.
