
Rashmalai is Bangla Dessert. So creamy, because the ingredients are milk only milk. When you beat and chew so soft. To make milk balls I used Nido Nestle milk powder.
- 1 cup plastic milk powder full cream.
- 1 tbsp flour.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1 egg, beaten lightly.
- 2 lts fresh milk.
- Sugar as needed.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- Almond and pistachio as garnish, roughly crushed.

Instruction :
- Boil fresh milk into pan until creamy (2 litres fresh milk boil and you get 1 litre cream fresh milk). Add sugar as needed and salt. Stir until blended.
- Mix milk powder, flour and baking powder. Pour egg into mixture milk gradually, until milk mixture can be rounded up like marbles.
- Round all of dough like small marbles, until finish.
- Put into boil creamy fresh milk all of milk marbles and boil within 15 minutes until cooked.
- Be served when cool. You can give garnish with sprinkle of crushed almond and pistachio.
