
Summer has many kind fruits. and better consume fresh and cold sweet. My sweet is Caramel Pudding, and give sprinkle of many kind summer fruits. Delicious and fresh.
Caramel :
- 300 grs sugar.
- 100 ml water.
Pudding :
- 600 mls fresh milk.
- 6 eggs.
- 100 grs sugar.
Garnish :
- Slices of kiwi.
Instruction :
Caramel :
- Pour the sugar into frypan or pot on medium heat until melted and brown.
- Reduce the heat, add a little water and wait until the hot steam is reduced.
- Then pour the whole water into caramel sugar.
- Stir until blended.
- Remove and pour into baking tray or heat resistant glass container.
Pudding :
- Whisk the light eggs and sugar until well mix and bubbly.
- Pour the milk gradually, stirring constantly until blended.
- Pour the pudding dough over caramel.
- Pre heat oven to 150°C and bake until pudding cooked with au bain marie system.
