
My chicken nugget is crunchy outside and soft inside. Yummy for my kids.
Ingredients :
- 500 gr chicken chest, minced.
- 5 sheets loaf.
- 2 whole eggs.
- 1 tsp salt.
- Flavor as needed.
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper.
- Water as needed.
- Vegetable oil as needed.
Ingredients of coating :
- Bread crumbs.
- Egg White.
Instruction :
- Soaked loaf into water until soft, then squeezed until out water.
- Mix minced chicken with garlic, salt, flavor and ground pepper. Mix until combine evenly.
- Place the dough into baking tray has been coating with vegetable oil. .
- Heat the steaming pan, steam the dough for 20 minutes. Remove from the steaming pan and let stand cool in room temperature.
- Cut and dip into egg white and coated with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil into frying pand and fry nugget until golden brown. If have extra nugget, put in the deep freeze and you can fry for next.
