Gudeg is a dish of Yogyakarta and Central Java. It made from green jackfruit boil several hour with brown sugar and coconut milk.
Ingredients :
- 500 grs green jackfruit.
- 250 grs bone and meat of beef.
- 6 pcs chicken with bone.
- 5 tbsp onion peel.
- 4 bay leaves.
- 800 mls light coconut milk.
- 500 mls coconut water.
- 6 boiled egg.
Grinded Spices :
- 2 medium onion.
- 5 cloves of garlic.
- 3 tsp ground coriander.
- 3 cms galangal, crushed.
- 100 grs brown sugar.
- 4 tsp salt.
- 2 tsp sugar.
- 40 grs tamarind.
Instruction :
- Put green jackfruit, bone and meat of beef, chicken, peel of onion, bay leaves, coconut milk, coconut water and grinded spices into pressure cooker.
- Boil until the sizzling pan. Then put low fire within 15 minutes.
- Turn off fire and add boiled egg. Boil again until water dried with occasional stirring.
- Take all of bone, peel of onion and ready to be served.
