Cheesy Pandan Cake

Still with Pandan Leaf. Today, I made Pandan Cake. Why Pandanus ? Because I gave to cake with extract of Pandan Leaf. It is for flavor and natural color as green. Pandan Cake is one kind of Sponge Cake originated Indonesia.





Ingredients :
  • 7 egg yolks + 3 eggs.
  • 175 grs sugar.
  • 200 grs purpose flour.
  • 2 tbsp milk powder.
  • 2 tsp baking powder.
  • 60 cc fresh milk.
  • 175 grs melted butter.
  • 3 tsp juice pandan leaf.
  • Grated Cheese is required.
Instrucction :
  1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and thick.
  2. Add flour, milk powder and baking powder, mix until blended.
  3. Pour fresh milk, mix gently.
  4. Pour melted butter and mix until blended.
  5. Pour juice pandan leaf as green colour.
  6. Preheat oven 180°C.
  7. Pour dough into baking tray has covered baking paper.
  8. Bake 25 minutes until baked. Let it cool
  9. Grate cheese up of pandan cake.
